2026 PRINCESS PAGEANT Application

Pageant Info

The pageant will consist of church dress / sun dress and on stage question. Female contestants must be at least 5 years of age and cannot have her 11th birthday as of June 1, 2026. Must be a resident of Howard County. Fill out the form below to enter.

Call Kelsey at 765-461-0947 after 5:00 pm if you have any questions. The Sponsorship fee is $50. Parents may sponsor the contestants.

Make checks payable to: Howard County 4-H Fair, 7636 E 300 N Kokomo IN 46901 with a memo of Princess Pageant Registration. Pageant date is July 13th, 2026.

Entry Deadline is June 30, paperwork/registration is due July 1. NO EXCEPTIONS
